To meet our goals across NCIL's five year project cycle, we are tracking our progress through products, services and reach.

OUR GOALS
We will achieve our mission through five overall goals:

Goal 1: Identify or develop free or low-cost evidence-based assessment tools for identifying students with or at risk for literacy-related disabilities.

Goal 2: Identify evidence-based literacy instruction, strategies, and accommodations, including assistive technology, designed to meet the specific needs of students with or at risk for literacy-related disabilities.

Goal 3: Provide families of students with or at risk for literacy-related disabilities information to assist such students.

Goal 4: Identify or develop evidence-based professional development for teachers, paraprofessionals, principals, other school leaders, and specialized instructional support personnel.

Goal 5: Disseminate the products to regionally diverse SEAs, REAs, LEAs, and schools.
